Hannibal did not relax in the least. He continued to glare at his brother. His eyes narrowed at those words. "What have you done?" He asks lowly.

Roose dismounted and gave a cool look to Ramsay. "We have been traveling for some time. Stop playing your pointless games. Your brother has married the rose, you can do nothing more about it. You are wasting time, money, and my men to play these games of yours. Be done with it." He said as he moved past his bastard and into Winterfell.

Ramsay bowed his head in apology as his father passed by. But Roose's scolding was not about to spoil his good mood. He smiled to Hannibal and Margaery and held his arms out.

"Father's indeed right! You're married, and I have yet to give you a wedding present! How thoughtless of me, then again I wasn't exactly invited," Ramsay laughed loudly. "But that is of little concern, we should celebrate! Come, sweet sister, I'm certain you're hungry - I've had the kitchen staff prepare a fine meal for us all."

"I'm not hungry," Margaery stepped back again.

"No? Ah, silly me, you're likely very tired from your journey. No matter, dinner will wait. Let us adjourn to your chambers and I shall give you your wedding presents and leave you be," without waiting for an answer, Ramsay turned and entered Winterfell. Margaery gripped Hannibal's arm, afraid. She didn't want to follow him alone.

Hannibal took his arm around her to hold her tightly. He kissed her temple and said lowly into her ear. "Trust me my love. He will not touch you again. If you do not like the way he looks at you, I will personally gouge his eyes out." Hannibal might have to kill his brother before his brother killed their father.

His men followed the pair of them as they entered Winterfell. Hannibal was sniffing the air suspiciously for any hints of what sick game his brother was playing. He had a second set of chambers being prepared right now for them to stay until this 'gift' was cleaned up. Hannibal was expecting a bloody scene, he would not fault his wife for closing her eyes and not even looking upon this 'gift'.

When they arrived at the double chambers Hannibal and Margaery had shared before leaving. He stood before the door and wagged a finger at them.

"Ah-ah-Ah, it's a surprise! Close your eyes now, naughty birds," Ramsay chided them.

Margaery hesitated, but Hannibal's promise made her feel better. She closed her eyes and as the door opened she heard the muffled sounds of barking and growling - likely from the room she had occupied. Ramsay guided her inside and immediately Margaery smelled something metallic and rancid.

"Open your eyes, sister," Ramsay smirked, stepping back.

Margaery opened up her eyes and screamed. Loras Tyrell's flayed and tanned skin lay across Hannibal's bed. It was only then that she heard the barking. From her room. She yanked the second door open and found Loras' flayed meat and body nailed above her headboard. Ramsay's hounds were devouring the meat and we're covered in his blood.

Ramsay stayed long enough to observe their reactions, then laughed and bolted off to avoid being beaten by his brother.

Hannibal's eyes were cold and hard. He had heard the hounds and knew this was going to be bad. He saw the skin and knew a man had died. He tried to keep his wife by his side, but she flew to the second door before he could stop her. The dogs were feeding, they were dangerous right now.

He pulled her back from the door and closed the doors. He pulled her tight into his chest. "Close your eyes." He said lowly. He looked at his guards and his voice dropped to a low, icy tone. "Kill his hounds, spill their intestines upon his bed and leave their cocks upon his pillows. Chop up their hearts and serve it to him raw for his supper tonight." He said.

He then picked Margaery up and quickly took her out of his sick game. He found a safe place and he held her close. His hand was petting over the back of her head. "I'm sorry. I promise that he will pay dearly for this."

One of his guards came in to report his orders had been carried out. "Burn the remaining parts. The meat is tainted. Make sure his whore does not fly this castle. Find her and lock her up where he won't find her. Gag her to keep her quiet, but do not injure her." He said lowly. Two could play this game. He would give his brother a true gift whenever he showed his face in Winterfell again.

Margaery didn't hear anything. She just wept into Hannibal's chest and trembled uncontrollably. Through her sobs she choked out a few words.

"My brother...he killed him...he killed Loras!!" She cried, her face red with anger and sadness as she shook against him.

Oh yes, Ramsay would pay for this. He hadn't fled Winterfell, he was laying low somewhere in the castle, reveling in Margaery's pain and torment. If his luck continued, he was tempted to try another trick on her. But he doubted Hannibal would tolerate it.

Margaery buried her face into Hannibal's chest as she slowly, very slowly, stopped crying. She still sobbed and took her breaths in sharp gulps. Loras was gone. Her grandmother would not take this well.

As he was the only surviving and healthy male heir, Mace had intended to leave Highgarden to him. But with this, he would have to settle for Willas. That would not be taken lightly. "They'll want his head," she whimpered. "He took a Tyrell son. They will want blood for blood."

Hannibal continued to hold her. This was a shock to her and if his brother broke her in any way with this sick game of his, he would break his brother in kind.

He knew the Tyrell's would be very unhappy about this turn of events. The only positive out of this was that Loras would not have ever fathered a child. Willas still has a chance to do that and carry on the Tyrell name.

His voice was still low. "I assure you that he will suffer far worse than what he did. I can leave him clinging to life and drag his spineless body down to Highgarden for them to take his head if they wish." There was a hint of blood in his eyes. His brother had gone too far with his game. He had crossed a line that should not have been crossed. He would also kill the soldiers that followed his orders to flay Loras. His hands could not have healed fast enough for him to do it on his own.

Margaery breathed shakily for a good long while. Her fingers gripped the front of Hannibal's doublet and her face remained buried against his chest. Every time she opened her eyes, she saw Loras and his flayed corpse. It just made her continue to tremble and cry softly. She felt so weak and helpless.

Margaery finally looked up at Hannibal, tears still in her eyes as she held his gaze. "I can't stop seeing it...." she whimpered. "My poor brother....how long could he have had Loras here?" How long had he suffered?

She cried again, burying her face in her hands. After a few minutes she gained her composure, and when she looked up again there was pure rage in her gaze. "I want him dead. We have to send a raven to Highgarden."

Hannibal continued to hold her. He gently ran his hand through her hair in an effort to soothe her. He said nothing, but just held her close to provide the support she needed right now.

Seeing the rage in her eyes was a comfort to Hannibal. It gave her an option to move past the shock. Her rage was matched in his own eyes as well. He gave a nod to her as he looked deep into her eyes. "I agree, a Raven must be sent immediately. " He gave a whistle and his captain came in. "Fetch the Maester immediately and check on my father. Any men who are loyal to that bastard or who assisted him are to be arrested and left in the kennels with my wolves." He said.

He held her close. "This is all a game to that bastard. However, this is bold even for him. I assure that I will arrest him at dinner. With or without my father's approval." Hannibal worried that Ramsay would try to kill as many of them as he could before he was arrested.

The Maester came in quickly with parchment. Hannibal gave him a grave look. "Send a three ravens to Highgarden immediately with the same message. Lord Tyrell, I regretfully must inform you that the bastard has overstepped himself greatly. Sir Loras has been needlessly killed by him. For his crimes he will be arrested. His actions are deplorable and a stain upon the honor of house Tyrell and house Bolton. He will be killed for what he has done, his hide will serve as a warning to those who betray our noble houses. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this loss, I assure you that he will suffer greatly for this unnecessary violence." He said before turning to Margaery. "Would you like to add anything my dear?" He asked her.

Margaery thought on Hannibal's words for a long moment. Her fingers clutched at his doublet as she looked up to his eyes again. "...was this my fault? Did he kill Loras because I egged him on?"

She should have kept her mouth shut. She shouldn't have spoken to Ramsay the way she had. Even if he was a bastard, she should have been calmer. She should have been quieter.

Then maybe Loras would be alive.

When the Maester arrived she listened carefully. When Hannibal asked her if she wanted to add anything, Margaery thought a moment before looking up to the Maester. "Send a raven to my brother in Highgarden, to Willas Tyrell. That Loras is dead and he needs to be strong for father. Find your fire, brother. And sign it 'your beloved sister Margaery'."

Willas would mourn the loss of their brother, but their father would be a wreck. Willas would have to step up and take over for their father.

Hannibal gently brought his hands onto both sides of her face. He turned her to look up and into his eyes. He shook his head slowly. "This is NOT your fault." He said as he made certain his eyes were locked with hers.

This was his brother's game. To have her feel guilty.

The Maester quickly bowed his head and scurried off to send the ravens. Six were sent out and two were shot down just beyond the castle walls. Hannibal's men killed the ones that shot at the ravens.

His captain returned a few moments later to report that Roose Bolton was in good health and that his orders had been carried out. He also said that Lord Bolton had said that dinner was ready and had summoned the pair of them to dinner. Hannibal nodded, "Once we are inside, seal off the main hall once that bastard takes his seat. I will have him arrested during the meal, watch for my signal." He said.

Margaery managed a sad little smile when Hannibal told her it wasn't her fault that Ramsay had killed Loras. She pressed her forehead against his, needing comfort.

When the captain delivered Roose's summons, Margaery whimpered and buried her face into his neck. She didn't want to go. She didn't want to see Ramsay and his demon eyes ever again.

But she knew she had to. She stood up slowly and found a mirror to clean herself up. Then she looked to Hannibal and sighed. "I'm ready," as she ever would be to go to dinner.

Hannibal nodded slowly and kept her close. He only let her go when she went to clean herself up. He looked into her eyes deeply. "What he won't expect is for me to appear calm and you to be angry. It is time for us to rattle his cage a bit." He said before offering her his arm as they went down to the main hall for dinner.

Hannibal had his captain and three other loyal men around them as they moved. Hannibal's face became stone as they walked and he stowed the fires in his eyes. He would not give his brother that satisfaction. Margaery being angry and not having tears filling her eyes would also not be playing into his game. Hannibal wanted his brother to make another foolish move as the noose would tighten around him slowly.

Margaery nodded when he spoke and tried to focus on all of her anger. That way Ramsay wouldn't see how much he'd hurt her. She went down to the dining hall with him and took the seat beside him on Roose's right side.

It took a few minutes but soon they heard whistling. Ramsay strolled into the dining hall with loaded crossbow in hand. He smiled as he entered as he looked around.

"Hello all - so many guards this evening, what's all the fuss about?" Ramsay smiled as he waved the crossbow about, searching for some invisible enemy.

Margaery glared at him but did not address him.

Hannibal sat next to his wife and was on guard for when his brother entered. He had a knife ready to throw at Ramsay tucked away where his brother could not see it. His face was a calm mask as he regarded his brother, but did not speak. Hannibal had been practicing in secret with his men. He could catch a crossbow bolt with his bare hand. He was prepared to save his wife should his brother fire at her.

Roose took his seat last and seemed to ignore the tension in the room. He took a sip of his wine before turning to look at Ramsay with dissappointment written across his features. "You have embarrassed me for the last time. You insist upon acting like a rabid dog and now I will have to cast you out North of the wall. You will leave Winterfell with me as soon as supper is over." He said cooly. He did not seem the least bit worried about that loaded crossbow.

Margaery kept her dark eyes focused on Ramsay as he moved around the room. Ramsay smiled when Roose gave that order and looked with wide blue eyes around the room.

"You think so? Oh no, father, this is far enough north for my liking, I don't intend on going anywhere," Ramsay replied. "I've been nothing but a considerate, hospitable brother, and in return I've been ridiculed and met with ingratitude."

He pouted his lower lip as he came across the table from Margaery. "And that's just a shame. My feelings have been hurt indeed."

"Your conception was a shame," Margaery snapped. Then she looked to Roose. "No offense intended to your lordship."

"Ah, but offense was intended for me, is that right?" Ramsay's eyes were wide and wild with anger as he looked upon Margaery.

Hannibal had a hand on her chair to knock it over if necessary and keep her safe. Ramsay was a bit close for comfort to stop the arrow. He slowly stood and moved between his wife and his brother. "You have no feelings." He said simply.

Roose continued to give Ramsay cool looks. He waved Margaery off from her comment. "Sit down and stop making a fool of yourself. You are going further North if I have to drag you in chains." He said with a slight edge to his voice.

Ramsay kept his eyes focused on his brother, but aimed the crossbow at his father. "You think so, father? I still beg to differ."

Margaery kept her gaze dark. Deep down she didn't want to believe that Ramsay would do such a terrible thing to his father. Surely even Ramsay Snow wasn't so insane as to commit kinslaying.

Hannibal's eyes were locked onto Ramsay's. He showed no emotion and gave no indication of what he would do. He was trying to figure out if Ramsay had a plan that involved his whore taking a shot at him while Ramsay dispatched their father. Hannibal did not hear any movement other than those within five feet of him. He could hear an arrow coming from across the room. He would act on his brother and leave his guards to keep his wife safe until his brother was properly arrested.

Hannibal stood relaxed as he waited for his brother to act. It would be a quick chain reaction. Hannibal knew that his brother would indeed kill their father and not feel the least bit sad about it.

Roose gave his son a dark look, but reached to take a sip of his wine as he ignored the crossbow. "What good would it do you to kill me? I would wager that me sending you over the wall is far more lenient than what your brother has planned for you. Now, put the crossbow down and sit." He said as if speaking to a dog.

Ramsay hardly let the sentence leave Roose's mouth before he pulled the trigger on the crossbow and fired the bolt so that it hit Roose Bolton straight in the chest. It hardly pierced his heart, but he hit the target dead center and Roose Bolton would be dead in the next minute.

Margaery cried out and knocked her chair over to rush to Roose's side. She gripped his hand tight and tears of fear and pity rolled down her face. Ramsay hadn't expected that, and he frowned with jealousy in his eyes. Quickly he loaded another bolt and aimed it at his brother.

"So then, I suppose that makes you the Master of the castle...for now," Ramsay sneered.

Hannibal saw the motion and the guards were on high alert. Hannibal threw his knife so that it buried itself into Ramsay's right shoulder. He grabbed a second knife and took out the left shoulder as well. He moved with his full speed and strength to vault over the table and gave Ramsay a severe uppercut that knocked him out.

The guards came forward. "Orders Lord Bolton?"

Hannibal took a moment to catch his breath. Strip him to his small clothes and tie him down in a chair. His sentence begins now. Any guards that attempt to stop these precedings are to be executed immediately. Bring out his special supper." Hannibal said as the guards moved to obey his orders.

Hannibal moved to his wife's side and slowly pulled her back from his father's dead body. "Do you wish to stay?" He asked her lowly as he wrapped his arms around her to hold her close. "Shhhh, it's over now. His suffering will now begin for what he has done. So you wish to stay?" He asked her a second time.

Ramsay grunted, but wouldn't give his brother the satisfaction of hearing him cry out. His blood spattered on the floor and he tried to pull the knives from his shoulders to try and throw them at his brother. But the guards were upon him before he had the chance. Then they dragged him off to obey Hannibal.

It took some doing for Hannibal to pull Margaery from Roose's body. She was crying and upset, almost as much as when she had cried for Loras. It was too much for her. Thus man had fathered her husband and he'd been kind to her. But Hannibal pulled her away and she looked up to him.

"Where would I go?" She whispered, unsure what he truly meant.

Hannibal kissed her forehead as he held her close. He spoke lowly into her ear. "I love you too much to mean that Margaery. I am going to very slowly torture and kill my brother and his whore. Do you wish to stay and watch that?" He asked softly.

Margaery nuzzled against his neck as he held her and kissed her forehead. She thought for a moment, then looked up to him, all the fury of the North in her eyes.

"I want to stay. I want to help," she growled. She would take vengeance for house Tyrell for what Ramsay had done.

Hannibal saw that fire and felt a moment of deep arousal pass over him at the sight. He gave a nod to her before taking the new seat placed where his father had been just a few moments earlier. Ramsay was set across from both himself and Margaery.

Hannibal waved servants forward with the raw hearts of his hounds on a plate and offered a bite to the bound man. "A gift for you brother. A delicious cuisine that is quite rare." He said. The servants would force a few bites down Ramsay's throat if he resisted.
