[For Hannibal] Alliance of Fire

Renly Baratheon was dead, leaving his claim to the throne empty and his wife Margaery Tyrell a widow. Roose Bolton, of course, could spy an opportunity a mile away. He sent a raven to Highgarden, to Lord Mace Tyrell. Roose proposed that his youngest son and only legitimate heir be married to Margaery. Mace agreed, rather quickly as well - likely out of fear for the Bolton name.

But of course, Olenna Tyrell wasn't about to let that agreement happen. At least not on any terms but her own. So the agreement was made, but a time for delivering her to Winterfell had not been determined, and Olenna was not about to agree to one.

Ramsay Snow, wanting to be useful to his father and acknowledged as a true Bolton, decided to take action on his own. He took a small band of Bolton men and rode to Highgarden - he knew Margaery was there, after her day-long marriage to the late King Joffrey had ended. He kidnapped the Tyrell heiress and rode back to Winterfell. When he arrived, he dragged Margaery in with no amount of mercy or delicacy. He found his half-brother and father in a sitting room going over charts and battle strategies. Margaery, clad in a light dress with a keyhole opening at the front showing her cleavage and wrapping around her lower back, showing off the curves of her back and the lean muscle beneath her skin. Her skin was cold and covered in goosebumps, her lips slightly dark and a light shade of blue. But all the fire and anger was in Margaery's eyes. She wrenched herself free of Ramsay's grip and pulled her lips back to bare her teeth.

"Unhand me, mongrel!" she hissed.

"Dear father, brother - see what I've brought? We'll not have the Tyrells welching on their agreement any longer," Ramsay grinned. "The flower is a little frosty, but only because she did not appreciate my generosity of allowing her to ride in the carriage."

"What I did not appreciate was a bastard snatching me from my ancestral home and dragging me with no proper clothes into the North," Margaery snapped.

She so badly wanted to shift towards the fire, but she was bound and determined to stand tall and tough. Ramsay obviously thought her weak, she would prove him wrong.

Hannibal felt how she reacted and eagerly returned that kiss. He remained where he was before pulling back slowly to look deep into her eyes. "Are you quite satisfied my Queen?" He asked.

Margaery smiled and leaned up to kiss him deep. "Mmm, almost. Carry me to bed, my lover. I wish to speak of softer things." She kissed him again, purposely squeezing her muscles and making her walls clamp around his cock.

Hannibal smiled and nodded. He slipped out of her slowly before tucking himself away. He then picked up Margaery easily and used multiple secret passages to get back to their chambers. He laid her upon their bed as he wrapped his arms around her to hold her close. His hand tenderly caressed her belly. "What is it you wish to speak of?" He asked.

Margaery startled her arms around his neck and kissed him softly as he carried her. "I love you," she whispered.

When they arrived in their chambers, Margaery rested her hand over his on her belly. "Did you truly love me at first sight?" She asked, tilting her head a bit. The twins were still fat asleep in their crib. It was early.

Hannibal smiled as he kissed the end of her nose tenderly. "I lived the amount of spirit and fight you had even though you were in the highest danger you have ever been in. On top of that you fired true barbs to defend yourself. It impressed me that you were so bold. I had already had it in my mind that we would marry. However, seeing you show such strength opened my heart towards loving you." He said truthfully.

Margaery smiled, but did feel guilty. She had appreciated how protective Hannibal was of her, but it had been some time before she'd grown to love him. "The first night we shared a bed to keep warm, do you remember?" She moved to lace her fingers with his.

Hannibal chuckled at the evening she picked. He nodded his head slowly. "I recall that evening quite well." He said as he continued to hold her close.

Margaery smiled at the memory and kissed over his jaw. "Were you disappointed that we did not make love that night? That I made us wait?"

Hannibal smiled as he shook his head. "I just fell more in love with your determination and will. My body was frustrated yes, but Injust fell more in love with you." He answered truthfully. He brushed his thumb over her cheek tenderly. "What has brought on this curiosity my love?" He asked.

Margaery smiled and kissed him softly, briefly. "Mmm, something about this child has made me sentimental. Perhaps it is another girl," she mused. "Tell me darling, was it worth the wait?"

Hannibal smiled as he kissed her tenderly. "Perhaps it is a son who is highly perceptive at reading people." He said. At her other question he smiled as he looked deep within her eyes. "It was more than worth the wait." He said lovingly.

Margaery smiled and kissed him softly, savoring the feeling of his lips against hers. "Perhaps. Time shall tell. Now, unlike last time, you are the first to know about this baby," she assured him. "How shall we announce it to the family?"

Hannibal chuckled at that. He looked thoughtful at her question. "I think we should let our children know that they will have at least one younger sibling." He said

Yes, of course we tell them," she replied with a slight chuckle. "I meant your lord hand, my brother, and grandmother of course."

Hannibal smirked as he thought of that. "I understand your grandmother will be visiting soon with a gift of some extravagance so I've heard. Perhaps we can tell them then." He suggested.

Margaery gasped and lightly swatted his arm. "You're not supposed to know about that! Cheater!" She scolded. "That's meant as a surprise!"

Hannibal smirked at her response and did not even finch at her playful smack. "I am the King of the seven kingdoms. I know and see everything." He teased playfully as he kissed over the end of her nose.

Margaery laughed and kissed him playfully before leaning back against the bed. "Crafty, you are indeed cunning, my love." She kissed him deep and pressed her body against his.

Hannibal smirked as he kissed her tenderly. "Indeed I am." He agreed as he held her close. "Now, would you like to tell them or shall I?" He asked.

Margaery kissed him deep and pulled away from him to straighten her gown. "Let's see if they're awake."

She moved from the bed to their crib. Reina and Rhys were awake but hadn't sat up just yet. Reina smiled when she saw her mother.

"Mama!" Reina reached up.

"Hello my darling," Margaery smiled and reached down to pick her up, leaving Rhys for Hannibal.

Hannibal smiled as he lifted his son. "You two are up early. You did good waiting so quietly." He praised them.

Margaery rocked Reina in her arms and sat down upon the bed.

"All done play, Papa?" Reina asked.

"For now, love," Margaery kissed Reina's temple. "We have some news, my sweet one. Tell me, do you like being a sister?"

"Yes mama!" Reina grinned.

"And you, my Rhys? Do you like being a brother?" She asked her son.

Rhys smiled and sat up tall proudly. "Yes Mama." He said. He sat even taller next to Hannibal. "Big brother." He said proudly.

Hannibal looked down at his son. "Big brother? Why do you say that?"

Rhys chuckled as he pointed to Margaery's stomach. "Brother!"

Reina pouted and shook her head. "No, sister!" She said.

Margaery's eyes widened. She hasn't breathed a word about her condition to anyone. Only the Maester knew, and the twins hadn't been with her when she'd give to see him. She looked to Hannibal, and back to Rhys.

"Sweetheart, how did you know?" She asked.

Reina buried her face against Margaery's chest, then peeked down at her belly and pointed again. "Hi baby!"

Rhys just giggled and shook his head.

Hannibal was a bit surprised as well. He chuckled after a moment though. "I have heard rumors that young children know when they are going to have another sibling." He said. He found it interesting that they both claimed a different gender for their future sibling.
