A few months passed in King's Landing planning and preparing. Hannibal and Margaery, Jorah and Daenerys left the capital with a full army, marching to the Wall. Margaery and Hannibal stopped at the Dreadfort while Jorah and Daenerys continued on with her portion of the army. Margaery was close to her delivery of their fourth child, and their three children were with them.

It wasn't long after they arrived in the Dreadfort that Margaery began feeling the pains of delivery. Her children were very concerned; more so the twins than young Aenar. But Reina took her younger brother and held him close while the servants helped Margaery to an extra room to deliver her fourth baby.

Soon enough the pain was so intense that Margaery was crying out and writhing even as the servants tried to hold her back to deliver the baby. The twins were upset just outside the room, hearing their mother cry out. She cried rivers of tears from the pain, and cried out for Hannibal even as the midwife directed her to help her deliver the baby.
