Hannibal did indeed have a plan in mind. He gave a series of whistles and his dragons lay down flat on the ground. A high pitched noise could be heard and the dragons above would writhe and move away from the sound because it was painful to stay there. The smaller ones might even plummet a few dozen feet before getting away. Drogon might be strong enough to fight it, but if he flew closer to the sound the pain would increase and bring him down to the ground. The source was directly behind Hannibal. If the great dragon stood before him, he would work to control and command the creature...her greatest weapon.
Although, a part of him suspected that he would fly away. His own dragons were fine and seemed to be in no pain whatsoever. He would wait to see how she reacted to her dragons being repelled so easily.
