In Westeros someone accused has an opportunity to see the evidence against them and defend themselves. Often times people are falsely accused and punished simply because someone was jealous of them." A part of Jorah hoped the man would be enraged enough to press for more. It would give him an opportunity to challenge the Khal and seem forced to do so to uphold Westerosi honor.
