Margaery whimpered and moaned as the pain filled her body. Her fingers laced with Hannibal's as he rose beside her. Margaery pressed her face against his neck and cried out as she felt the baby drop within her and begin its descent out into the world.

The Maester instructed her on when to push and how to breathe. The midwives retrieved clean linens and cloths to keep Margaery clean while she delivered. Margaery obeyed the commands of the Maester and pushed, but there was fear in her eyes. This was an all new pain for her.

But finally, after hours of pushing and breathing, Margaery delivered the baby. One of the midwives took the squirming newborn off to the side and began to clean it. But the Maester remained where he was, apparently astounded. One of the midwives pointed something out and Margaery's eyes went wide with terror.

"What? What is it??" She demanded, still feeling pain rake through her.

"My lady, you're not yet finished..." The Maester looked up to Hannibal, then back to Margaery. "There is another baby descending and preparing to come out."

Two. Twins. Margaery could have fainted right then and there were it not for the pain.
