Olenna took a long sip of her tea to keep the pair in suspense. Margaery was not amused. She glared and her cheeks began to turn red in anger. Olenna spied this and set her tea down.

"Well you two seen familiar with the act and subject, I'm surprised you haven't thought of it yourselves!" Olenna exclaimed. "You go back where you conceived the child and repeat the same process! That should clear the path for him!"

Margaery shook in anger for a minute, then grinned at Olenna. "But grandmother, it's a long way to the Highgarden orchards. We may as well just repeat the process right here." She rapped her fingers on the table, as if insinuating they had made love on the table. Olenna chuckled and sipped her tea again.
