Daenerys trembled as he held her close. Sobs made her body shake and and heave in deep breaths as it finally sunk in. She'd lost the baby. Their baby. Daenerys wailed in a combination of pain and sorrow. The dull ache in her belly evolved to full, overwhelming agony as more blood leaked from inside her and dripped to the floor. She buried her face against his shoulder and continued to sob and cry.

Missandei returned with the Maester right behind her. But when she saw the blood spilling from the Queen, she gasped and fell back a bit. Missandei was not Dothraki and therefore did not enjoy nor was she used to the sight of so much blood in such a setting. Daenerys' Dothraki maids diligently kept about their work inspecting her food and cups. One dipped a finger in what little was left of her Khaleesi's tea from earlier that morning and tasted the fluid. She called out in Dothraki, which obviously the Maester would not understand, but the message would be clear enough to Daenerys and Jorah.
