"Your grace, I have discovered some terrible truths about things that have occurred in the North. Many of these events are so despicable that those who are guilty should be dealt with severely. I believe that dealing justice to those who deserve it will gain you favor amongst the remaining lords in the north."
He shifted on his feet a bit before telling her of the terrible tragedies that had befallen the former great house of Stark and how treacherous the Frey and Bolton families had become. "I believe the eldest Stark girl is likely alive if she is with Lord Littlefinger. Stark was a friend to the usurper and paid the price of disloyalty to your family. However, considering what has happened to the poor girl I do believe that she should not be condemned for the actions of her father. Perhaps...once she is found your Grace would consider naming her Wardeness of the North and assisting her to re-establish her home in Winterfell. I also suggest that the cowards Frey be dealt with severely and perhaps a more loyal Lord replace the senior Frey at the Twins. The Bolton's are cold and cruel and many Northern lords would not miss them should they also be punished for their crimes. I believe that if you agree to my suggestions you will have peace and loyalty in the north more quickly than open war."
