Hannibal rumbled lowly as he nodded his head in agreement. "Yes, slaves shall be freed first. Those guilty of crimes will either be thrown into a prison or killed according to their crime. Prisoners will he released after a time, but won't be forced to fight each other to the death." He said. Hannibal had never like slavery, it was demeaning to those who were forced into it and dangerous to those in power if those slaves were to ever band together and revolt.
