Hannibal rumbled at her sigh as his hand continued to tease that nipple. "How long I can wait? My little tempest, you forget how short your patience is once you have been stirred up." He rumbled lowly.

He knew she didn't like that he had more personal guards. However, he was more popular and seen as a stronger man to work for than the woman who was considered to be a snob. He also knew that she had her own private army stationed just outside of the city. As his personal guard grew, he would send them to train with her army as he built his own forces.

His lips would continue their teasing. It was far easier to deal with her when her body was distracting her with pleasurable sensations. "I would like to send some of my commanders out to live and train with your army outside of the city. It would be easier to recruit those who were dishonorably discharged by Ceasar and those forced into his military if there is a larger army to join that is unified in it's discipline." He suggested.

He was unsurprised by her insistence of being at the meeting. "Very well. I will be sure the meeting is secret. We don't need these scheming Romans to know that we are speaking with them."
