Elphaba had found herself in a strange place indeed after riding in that tornado. She kept herself hidden away from the various inhabitants of this dusty realm. She had used many of her spells to keep her home hidden and to disguise herself when necessary. She had snuck into Helium many times and beheld the beautiful princess. She had found herself desiring the fair creature more and more with each passing day.

Elphaba had nearly been crushed when she had married that man. However, after he disappeared Elphaba saw her chance. She snuck into the royal courtyards dressed as a servant girl, but with her green skin disguised to not draw attention to herself. She bowed before Dejah. "Excuse me your highness. Your father requests your presence immediately in his chambers." She said. It was a ruse to get Dejah to a better place to kidnap her. The King was indeed in the palace today. It was entirely plausible he had requested her.
